Project Overview
This project consisted of a stunning waterfront home in need of modernization to align with 20th-century standards. It involved an almost complete gut renovation, featuring substantial updates to the floor plan. LAVA dedicatedly worked to realize the client's vision, incorporating custom steel railings, cabinetry, built-ins, and advanced lighting design and technology.
During the renovation, the home was transformed into a comprehensive, custom smart home. A Crestron system now controls all aspects of the residence, including AV, lighting, shading, HVAC, door locks, and more. This upgrade not only enables remote management the home but also enhances the end-user experience, allowing the owners to dedicate more time to what truly matters.
LAVA successfully enhanced the beauty of this home through a renovation process that incorporated custom elements and meticulous collaboration with our network of subcontractors, complemented by our in-house expertise.
This project was completed, in its entirety by LAVA Integrated Technologies.
